Many years and many miles ago...This is the picture of the Reo stationwagon which carried passengers from Leaksville to Danville and return. The buses are shown below (note writing on the roof of the bus in the foreground: Leaksville-Spray-Draper & Danville Bus Line). In the background is the Hotel Burton in Danville. The hotel was the end of the line for Leaksville passengers, and a loading place for return trips.
These photos appeared in the Leaksville News when J. C. Gilley retired from the bus transportation business.
